How do I get
a Sizzler Card?
Sizzler cards will be available
around November of each year. Complete an application
form at any Sizzler Restaurant to apply for member
cards. This form asks for name, address, e-mail
address and phone number. Please ensure that you
give us your correct and current e-mail address,
otherwise you will not receive updated information
from us.
What is the
Sizzler Card privilege?
Member will get 10% discount for
food and beverage when paid in cash, or 5% discount
when paid with credit card for regular priced item,
plus Sizzler member Birthday offer and various dining
and personal privileges on special occasions all
year long.
What
is the Sizzler Card Birthday Offer?
As a special
gift to members on their birthday, member will get
free combination platter worth 299 Baht, as a Birthday
present (for use within 7 days before or after date
of birth. Don’t forget to present ID card along
with member card when redeem).
